Very comfortable beds. We loved how accommodating the staff was. In one specific moment we had brought back some pizza to eat, thinking we could eat at a table in the lobby. We realized however that the lobby seating was part of their on site restaurant and we really didn't want to eat in our room. The manager of the restaraunt made us space at a table and invited us to sit and eat our dinner. He even instructed his staff to see to our needs. We ended up ordering some delicious mixed drinks before finishing our dinner and returning to our room. It was a kind, compassionate human moment that reflects the care of the staff takes in their guests.

I’m not sure if they always do it as it was my first stay but the whole foyer and entrance was decked out in ‘western’ decoration, I assume just for the Calgary Stampede on at the time, but that was why I was in town and I had arrived from travelling so it was a cool start to my trip, unexpected and mood-elevating. The front desk were friendly, quick, efficient and helpful, late at night and in the morning as were the cleaning staff in the corridors the next day. It sounds small but it’s been ages since I’ve been in a hotel where the staff are noticeably above expectations!

Their staff are very friendly and helpful, especially for us travellers who don't know their way around. It's a very class place and I was a bit intimidated to ask questions at first, but everyone was very approachable. They recommended places we can rent cars from, good restaurants near the area, and routes we can take for transportation. Overall amazing stay for 5 days, 4 nights!

The western theme in the lobby was very nice it was great and welcoming. The main purpose for me and my boyfriend visiting Calgary was for the Stampede.Housekeeping was great if you need toilet paper or extra towels or anything else there is always a housekeeper and housekeeping cart close by.They respect your privacy especially when you put the privacy sign on your door.

Pool was great. If you are booking this hotel, and want to access the pool, you need to book the specific room type that gives you access. The location of the pool is in the lobby. This makes the wait to catch an elevator super long. The elevator area in the lobby is constantly busy. Expect to wait for 2 or 3 elevators when you are heading to your room.
